Greg Abbott is suing the Feds…

Greg Abbott
Greg Abbott stated earlier today that he just got off the AG conference call discussing the Partisan Universal Health Care Bill. Says the General: “We agreed that a multi-state lawsuit would send the strongest signal. We plan to file the moment Obama signs the bill. I anticipate him signing it tomorrow. Check back for an update at that time. I will post a link to the lawsuit when it is filed. It will lay out why the bill is unconstitutional and tramples individual and states rights.”

You go, sir! Your are a true Patriot.

Mr. Tudball’s new secretary needs to work for Obama…she’d fit right in.

Today we find out about Universal Health Care…

Regardless of what political party others tag me for I an absolutely a fiscal conservative. In that regard, I find the Universal Health Care package a total waste of our time and effort. Not only does it appear to me that it will be ineffective nor meet its intended purpose, it goes far beyond what is being promised (i.e., no illegal immigrants can benefit from the plan because they will just find a way to classify those millions of criminals as “legal”. It further appears that the bill is totally partisan (Democrat) and contains a very large amount of pork much of which has nothing to do with Health Care. Why in the hell this is legal just totally amazes me. And oddly, when engaging in discussion with many liberals, they ignore the question stating that this is better than nothing. Well, we know who to blame when this further decays our personal freedoms and liberties, and the country falls into another great depression.

Interesting thought in regard to where money will come from for this legistaltion…it is said that a significant number of political liberals work for governmental agencies, and as such have been supported by the government in a sense. They fear privatization – they seem to think that they will lose jobs if that happens.

In the meantime, it is said that most conservatives work for the private sector, and as such have a similar fear that if the government takes over (as they did Banks, GM, Chrysler, etc.) they will lose jobs.

Interesting thought is this: If those suggestions are correct, then a significant portion of money, jobs, taxes, and other contributions to the government come from the Conservative side of our country.

So I wonder what happens to our country when the government over-taxes those conservative run industries and businesses, or even worse begins to regulate those businesses to the point that they suffer economically and go bankrupt. Who gets taxed then? Guess it will be the liberal government workers who will have Big Brother watching every move you make.

But bottom line is I don’t fear these irresponsible law makers (mostly Liberal Democrats) – I fear the uniformed “me, me, me” Liberals who voted them in office. I hope this Universal Health Care package fails. We can find something else without taking away our personal liberties and freedoms. We work for our money, we should have a word on how it is spent or used. Remember our Constitution guarantees no taxation without representation. Agree with me or not, it is my right to believe this way.
